The Park Theatre is a historic building and a charming place for celebrations, presentations, and screenings.    

Renting the space includes access to:

• The lobby and the front lawn

• The 496 seat auditorium -- with 4 handicap spots

• The stage -- accessible with installed stairs

• The surround-sound speaker system -- with technical support 

• The digital projector & screen -- with technical support

• The portable speaker system: 1 microphone & 1 speaker 

The cost to book our space is $200. We require a $100 non-refundable deposit in order to save the date for you. Once you have submitted the deposit, you will be able to see your booking on our Events Calendar. During the off-season, we may charge an extra $50 for heating the auditorium.  

In July & August, we screen films every night at 7:00PM & 9:30PM. In May & June, we screen films on weekends at 8:00PM. If you have any questions please email Lauren Gowler at parktheatreclearlake@hotmail.com. 

Rental Available: June, July, August & September. Rental in the off-season (May & October) subject to special permission.
